KBR Inc. has announced that it has been awarded a multi-year contract to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services to a Fortune 100 chemicals manufacturer for its facilities in Mexico and the US.

KBR claims that it will provide these services from a number of offices, including those in Wilmington, Raleigh, Houston and Monterrey. Estimated revenue associated with the contract will be booked into a backlog of unfilled orders for KBR’s Hydrocarbons Services Business Segment during 2Q18.

Farhan Mujib, President, KBR Hydrocarbons Services, Americas, said: “This significant award demonstrates KBR's on going commitment to integrated engineering, procurement and construction services – from the early inception of our client's project needs, through engineering execution, to management of the field construction services for an entire portfolio of projects.

“I am delighted for this opportunity to further KBR's services partnership with this key client for many years to come.”
