DuPont Clean Technologies (DuPont) recently held a dedicated symposium in Dubai from 15 - 17 September 2019, the final day of which focused on best practices in sulfuric acid recovery. The event was attended by leading refiners from the Middle East and India.
Workshop participants were treated to a range of seminars on best practices for decomposition/furnace operation, conversion and maintenance. Presenters shared guidelines, case studies and insights in design, operations, maintenance and controls, gained over years of working with the refining industry.

The offtake agreement is for 500 000 tpy of potash, while the marketing agreement is to sell Brazil Potash's remaining 1.9 million tpy of potash. The barge transportation agreement is to ship the initial planned 2.4 million tpy of potash of production to inland ports within Brazil.
