Potash Ridge Corp. (PRK) has announced that Guy Bentinck, CEO, has been replaced, effective immediately.

PRK claims that Andrew Squires, the current President and COO, will serve as the interim CEO whilst the company looks for a suitable replacement.

PRK’s goal is to become a premier producer of sulfate of potash (SOP) in North America. The company owns two SOP projects: the Valleyfield project and the Blawn Mountain project. The Valleyfield project plants to produce SOP through the Mannheim Process, whilst the Blawn Mountain project in Utah, USA, plans to produce SOP by processing an alunite material.
