PRK claims that Andrew Squires, the current President and COO, will serve as the interim CEO whilst the company looks for a suitable replacement.
PRK’s goal is to become a premier producer of sulfate of potash (SOP) in North America. The company owns two SOP projects: the Valleyfield project and the Blawn Mountain project.
