Acron Group announces management changes

The Board of Directors of North-Western Phosphorous Company (Murmansk region, a member of Acron Group) appointed Evgeni Sozinov as the Company’s new CEO.

Oleg Tikhonov, Dorogobuzh’s Chief Technology Officer since April 2009, was appointed the company’s Executive Director, and Roman Dmitriev, Acron’s former deputy to the Chief Technology Officer, was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Dorogobuzh.

Earlier this year, the NWPC Board of Directors approved a resignation request from then-CEO Vadim Ryazantsev.

Evgeni Sozinov was appointed Dorogobuzh’s Executive Director in November 2017. In September 2015 - November 2017, Mr Sozinov served as deputy to Dorogobuzh’s Executive Director for capital construction and transportation. In March 2013, he was appointed senior deputy for transportation to the NWPC CEO. In October 2012, he was appointed CEO of NWPC-Remstroy (Murmansk region). In 2010-2012, Mr Sozinov served as CEO of MashZavod-Service in Nizhnevartovsk. In 2001-2010, he held various senior management positions at business units and subsidiaries of Slavneft. In 2001, Mr Sozinov graduated with an honours degree in handling and road construction machinery and equipment from the Siberian Automobile and Road Construction Academy. Mr Sozinov was born in 1978 in Kokshetau.

Oleg Tikhonov has been with Dorogobuzh since 1995. He served as lead engineer and deputy to the chief specialist for production development and new technology, manager for production development and new technology, and the Chief Technology Officer. Mr Tikhonov graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in track and wheel vehicle engineering.

Roman Dmitriev joined Acron in 2005. He served as head of NPK production, deputy to the Head of Mineral Fertilizer Production and deputy to the Chief Technology Officer. Mr Dmitriev graduated from Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology (Technical University) with a degree in chemical technology involving non-organic substances and materials.
