Acron to change Registrar

Acron’s board of directors has resolved to terminate the Register Maintenance Agreement with JSC Petersburg Central Registration Company and appoint JSC Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T. as the company’s Registrar.

Acron will announce the starting date of keeping the securities holders register by JSC Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T. within the time limits established by law.

Argus Media reports that Pupuk Indonesia has closed the initial submission round for its tender to buy 900 000 t of light or yellow granular DAP on 10 August.
