Acron to change Registrar

Acron’s board of directors has resolved to terminate the Register Maintenance Agreement with JSC Petersburg Central Registration Company and appoint JSC Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T. as the company’s Registrar.

Acron will announce the starting date of keeping the securities holders register by JSC Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T. within the time limits established by law.

Indonesia approves urea export licenses

According to an Argus Media report, the Indonesian government has signed off on export licenses for 1.4 million t of urea in 2026.
