Acron to change Registrar

Acron’s board of directors has resolved to terminate the Register Maintenance Agreement with JSC Petersburg Central Registration Company and appoint JSC Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T. as the company’s Registrar.

Acron will announce the starting date of keeping the securities holders register by JSC Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T. within the time limits established by law.

Maaden sells 50 000 t of DAP to Ethiopia

Saudi Arabia’s Maaden has reportedly sold 50 000 t of DAP to Ethiopia with the cargo loading at Yanbu in the Red Sea.
