Acron to change Registrar

Acron’s board of directors has resolved to terminate the Register Maintenance Agreement with JSC Petersburg Central Registration Company and appoint JSC Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T. as the company’s Registrar.

Acron will announce the starting date of keeping the securities holders register by JSC Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T. within the time limits established by law.

Indian NPK and NP stocks fall by 681 000 t in July

The latest Fertilizer Association of India data has shown that India's stocks of NP and NPK fertilizers fell by nearly 681 000 t in July.
