Bigelow will lead digital strategy and the information technology services team, which provides the advanced tools and technologies required to execute increasingly complex global infrastructure projects.

Bigelow has more than three decades of experience in IT, including leadership positions with Jacobs Engineering Group and TASC, a spinoff of Northrup Grumman, which provided professional services for the intelligence community and public sector as well as Lockheed Martin and IBM.
