Sri Lanka issues tenders to buy fertilizers

Sri Lanka's agriculture ministry has issued tenders, closing on the 22 January, to buy urea, TSP, MOP and ammonium sulphate.

Argus Media states "The first tender requests 27 400 t of granular urea, 6000 t of prilled urea, 10 000 t of TSP and 3000 t of MOP to be delivered to Colombo during April. A 5% tolerance is applicable to all quantities requested.

Another tender requesting 2000 t of ammonium sulphate with a 5pc tolerance will also close on 22 January".
