PJSC Acron and JSC Russian Export Center (REC) signed a cooperation agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The agreement provides for cooperation in developing and supporting exports of Acron Group’s non-resource and non-energy products, and establishing export-oriented manufacturing, in particular providing credit guarantees and insurance support by EXIAR and Eximbank of Russia, along with other initiatives.
Chairman of Acron’s Board of Directors Alexander Popov noted, “We have been steadily building up our production capacity and expanding to international markets. Our joint work with Russian Export Center started in 2018, with a three-year deal worth €86 million to finance Acron Group’s exports with REC’s subsidies. Our future cooperation will open new opportunities and help us implement projects in promising export areas”.
REC’s General Director Andrey Slepnev said: “We are glad to offer Acron Group the full scope of our services to support its new export projects, and help it explore promising foreign markets, while minimising political and economic risks associated with new transactions”.
