MBAC CCAA plan sanctioned by court

MBAC Fertilizer Corp. has announced that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted an order on 3 October 2016, thereby approving the company's amended and restated plan of compromise and arrangement (the CCAA Plan) pursuant to the companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) and approving the plan of arrangement involving the company pursuant to the Canada Business Corporations Act (the CBCA Plan).
Implementation of the CCAA Plan and the CBCA Plan is subject to satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions precedent set forth therein.
