Infinity Lithium divests potash assets in Gabon

Infinity Lithium Corp. has executed a binding sale agreement to sell its potash assets in Gabon through the divestment of Equatorial Potash Pty Ltd. The sale agreement will remove costs associated with the discontinued operations and holding costs of the potash assets.

The company will now focus on the San Jose lithium project in Spain.

Indian Potash Limited (IPL), a major fertilizer importer and producer, has issued LoI to 14 suppliers in order to secure over 1.3 million t of DAP.
