The combined dust collecting system, designed by Novgorodsky GIAP, contains dry and wet dust control methods.
North-Western Phosphorous company, AO, has installed an improved aspiration system as part of stage 2 construction of the beneficiation plant.
This new system will enhance the performance of beneficiation equipment and will help create better working conditions. The combined dust collecting system, designed by Novgorodsky GIAP, contains dry and wet dust control methods.
The system is founded on a vertical collector that equally distributes the air flow, moving at 16-18 mps, over all air ducts and vents. A fan unit provides the capacity required for peak performance of the CN-15 cyclone and the PVM40SA wet dust collector. NWPC has already assembled chimneys and some of the air ducts and has begun installation of the CN 15-900up cyclone. The aspiration system for the transshipment terminals requires automation and connection to the main circuit to become operational.
The new dust collecting system is expected to be commissioned in 3Q16.
