At CHEMTECH World Expo, Bungartz is to showcase a functional model of its MOS pump at the Bombay Convention & Exhibition Center, Booth C6A.
CHEMTECH World Expo is the second largest event in the chemical industry. The 600 exhibitors from 20 countries expect up to 40 000 visitors. At the same time eight international conferences and about 150 speakers are offered. Bungartz will present the concepts of its problem-solver pumps at stand C6A, which also have a high intrinsic safety with features including:
- Wear and corrosion resistant pumps for the fertilizer industry.
- Pumps with hydrodynamic shaft seal.
- Continuously dry running magnetic driven pumps for liquids with large solids contents.
- Cavitation-free pumps with an NPSH value <0.1m.
This hydrodynamic seal is suitable for any kind of medium, whether it is solids-laden, viscous or a boiling fluid.
The MOS-type pumps operate without controllers and are suitable for small inflow heights of up to 5 m. Equipped with an impeller with back vanes and a cylindrical graphite stuffing box, the MOS is characterised by many features. The rugged and wear-resistant and low-maintenance pumps are suitable for solids, are dry-run safe and operate without leakage.
