ENPAR extends closing date to acquire Pumptronics

ENPAR is a technology company that is applying its electrochemical technologies to the treatment of waste water, desalination water and drinking water contaminated by metals or nutrients (i.e. nitrate/ammonia associated with the mining, metal processing, chemical, agricultural, municipal and waste management sectors).
Pumptronics, meanwhile, is a Canadian company that provides customised pumping solutions for commercial rain water harvesting, storm-water harvesting stations, municipal parks and recreation irrigation, agricultural irrigation, golf course and turf irrigation, and water transfer for the oil and gas sector.
ENPAR is currently is completing its due diligence, and expects to submit final documentation to the TSX in the near future. Resumption of trading of ENPAR stock will follow.
