K+S KALI management board changes

K+S KALI GmbH’s company Personnel Director and management board member, Dr Ralph Jäger, will leave the company as of 30 November 2016.
The supervisory board and Dr Jäger have agreed not to extend his current term of office, which is set to expire on 30 June 2017.
Dr Jäger was appointed to the management board in July 2014 to serve as Personnel Director and has hitherto been responsible for Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, Structure & Organisation as well as Compliance at K+S KALI.
The supervisory board of the company expresses thanks and appreciation to Dr Jäger for his work and wishes him all the best for the future.
As of 1 December 2016, the management board of K+S KALI will consist of two members until further notice. Alexa Hergenröther, who has been responsible for Marketing and Sales since June 2014, will take over responsibility for Finance & Controlling, Structure & Organisation, as well as Compliance in addition to her current duties.
Dr Rainer Gerling, who has been responsible for Production and Technology since January 2016 will take over Human Resources and assume the position of personnel director.
