The Arab Potash Co. has reached agreements to supply 550 000 – 600 000 t of potash to Indian Potash Ltd and Zuari Chemicals. These quantities will be shipped from Aqaba port to Indian ports in 2017 and in 1H18. The prices and terms of these contracts will be in line with market conditions globally and in India.
This supports the long and stable relationships that Arab Potash Co. has built in Indian markets. It is also in accordance with the company’s commitments to supply Indian agriculture with its requirements for plant nutrition and food production.
Arab Potash Co. has supplied its two partners in India with potash consistently since the mid-1990s, and has been supplying the Indian market with potash since 1984.
