Fire breaks out at Nutrien's Vanscoy potash mine

At 22:20, 7 March 2020 the Saskatoon Fire Department received a request from the R.M. of Montrose Fire Dept. for assistance in dealing with a fire at the Nutrien Vanscoy potash operation at 16 Agrium Rd, Vanscoy in Saskatchewan, Canada.

As of Sunday morning the incident was still ongoing. A damage estimate has not been given and there were no reported injuries due to this incident.

Casale awarded PDP contract for new production facilities in Turkmenistan

Casale has announced the signing of a new contract with Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co. for the process design package (PDP) of an AS granulation plant and of a new granular SSP production facility in Turkmenistan.
