Acron and Sberbank strengthen partnership within Talitsky potash project

Acron Group has announced that – while the construction ramps up and shaft sinking commences at the Talitsky project – it continues to structure the financing of the project.

According to the statement, Sberbank Investments LLC, as VPC equity financing investor, has taken the decision to extend its participation in the group’s potash project for a further four years.

Meanwhile, the group has paid the partner accrued investment income by exercising a put option on 19.9% shares of VPC with a simultaneous sale of the same stake back to Sberbank Investments LLC.
