Senior changes at DuSolo

Mr. Leslie Shen has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of DuSolo Fertilizers Inc.
While the company conducts an executive search to identify a permanent CFO, Dr. Peter Ruxton will serve as the interim CFO. Shen will remain with the company in an advisory role to ensure an effective hand-over to Ruxton and to the company's permanent CFO when identified.
Ruxton is a company Director and member of the Audit Committee. The appointment is effective from 25 April 2017.
