The audit was performed by DNV GL, which confirmed the full compliance and efficiency of the quality management system.
The auditor inspected the quality management system at the major shops and services: the ammonia production facility and the ammonium nitrate, calcium nitrate, and rare-earth elements production units. This scheduled audit was conducted in remote online mode for the first time.
The focus of the audit was on the production process and the level of customer satisfaction with the company’s product. DNV GL noted in its report that Acron’s staff is highly knowledgeable and qualified. Based on the inspection results, the auditors gave Acron’s (Veliky Novgorod) quality management system a positive review and noted its effectiveness.
Acron Executive Director, Vladimir Gavrikov, commented: “This successful audit for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements proves that Acron is a reliable and fair manufacturer producing high quality fertilisers, and this undoubtedly gives the company’s products credibility with consumers”.
