Yara looks to invest in Vale

In April 2016, Yara reported strong 1Q earnings and said lower energy costs in the next two quarters would aid the company’s performance.
Yara International's CFO has commented on the possibility of the company investing in Vale SA's fertilizer business, as reported by Reuters.
"That's clearly one of the opportunities," said Chief Financial Officer, Torgeir Kvidal. He declined comment on whether Yara and Vale have spoken about a deal.
"Clearly, we have already a lot on our plate," Kvidal added. "So we are not hurrying. If we go into any new projects, it's because they look so attractive."
