Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd has announced that it has commenced work with its joint venture partner Salam Mineau on the details of the mining and trucking business.
The contribution of Salam Mineau as an active and experienced operator in the north is crucial in understanding how to develop that business, given the unique dynamics that prevail in that remote part of Mali. Therefore, the costs associated with that business have not yet been identified.
The mining and trucking operations will start once the mining permit has been secured. The company is currently working on an application for the permit, which covers a work programme on the property, with a view to upgrade the current inferred resource to a measured and indicated status.
