100 PotashCorp miners will leave the Picadilly mine, in the Sussex area, on Tuesday 7 June 2016, according to CBC News. The company invested $5 million to cover training and educational support for the employees moving into new career industries. Approximately 35 employees will remain for the maintenance of the plant, which cost US$2.2 billion.
