The Canadian Competition Bureau has granted approval for the proposed merger of equals between PotashCorp and Agrium.
Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. and Agrium Inc. have provided an update on the status of their merger of equals transaction.
Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. and Agrium Inc. has announced that once the anticipated merger transaction closes, the new company will be named Nutrien.
