EuroChem Group AG, a leading global fertilizer producer, announces that Fitch Ratings has affirmed the Group a BB rating and revised the outlook on the Group to stable from negative.
In its report, Fitch said the improved outlook reflected an anticipated fall in EuroChem’s adjusted net leverage following debt repayments after a period of high capital expenditure, and more favourable market momentum for fertilizers.
