Management changes at EuroChem Group AG

EuroChem Group AG announces that Chief Executive Officer Dmitry Strashnov has resigned from the Group for personal reasons with immediate effect. Kuzma Marchuk, CFO of the Group, has been named Acting CEO. The Board has begun a search for Mr Strashnov’s successor.
“The Board regrets but understands Dmitry’s decision to leave the Group,” said Alexander Landia, Chairman of the Board of EuroChem. “He is a strong strategist and manager, and we wish him the very best in overcoming the circumstances that have arisen. We are taking the steps necessary to ensure a smooth transition and continued success in the future.”
Mr Strashnov, who joined EuroChem in November 2017, said, “I very much regret that I need to step down from the Group and thus cannot remain to complete the major projects currently underway. I wish the company every success in the next stage of its development.”
