South Korean fertilizer producer Namhae Chemical issues 2019 urea tender

Namhae Chemical, a large South Korean fertilizer producer, has issued a tender 2019 to buy its yearly urea requirement.
Argus states "the buyer aims to purchase 200 000 t of granular and 30 000-50 000 t of prilled urea through the tender that closes on 29 October and requests offers for delivery through 2019".
