Acron ships fertilizers through the Northeast Passage to China

Acron Group has shipped its first batch of mineral fertilisers to China through the Northeast Passage (NEP). The Group is the first company in the world to deliver fertilizers through the NEP. Acron shipped 23 000 t of its products to China using this new route.

Acron Vice President Overseas Dmitry Khabrat commented: “It is our first shipment through the Northeast Passage. This new sales route will reduce transportation costs and open new opportunities for delivering our products to Asia Pacific, by significantly shortening the freight transit time”.
