CF Industries Holdings, Inc. has reported that its board of directors has declared a US$0.50 per share dividend on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2025, to stockholders of record as of February 14, 2025.
Additionally, the company confirmed that it will report its Q4 and full year 2024 results after the market close on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The company plans to host a conference call to discuss these results at 11:00 am ET on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
