KBR dividend declaration

KBR Inc. has announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.08 per share on the company’s stock (par value US$0.001 per share) to be paid on 13 April 2018 to stockholders of record on 15 March this year.

KBR is a global provider of differentiated professional services and technologies across the asset and program life cycle within government services and hydrocarbon sectors.

Amongst other things, the company is involved in technology and consulting, including proprietary technology focused on the monetisation of hydrocarbons (particularly natural gas and natural gas liquids) in ethylene and petrochemicals; ammonia, nitric acid and fertilizers; oil refining; gasification; oil and gas consulting; integrity management; naval architecture and proprietary hulls; and downstream consulting.

The company is also involved in engineering and construction, including onshore oil and gas; LNG/GTL; oil refining; petrochemicals; chemicals; fertilizers; differentiated EPC; maintenance services; offshore oil and gas; floating solutions and program management.

AFYREN and Terrial have announced the renewal of their strategic partnership with the signing of a new multi-year fertilizer supply contract, worth several tens of millions of euros.
