Potash Ridge appoints new CFO

Decher brings with her an extensive background of more than 15 years of finance, corporate governance, investor relations and public company experience. Most recently, she was the Vice President, Finance of Franco-Nevada Corporation from 2009, prior to which she was President and Chief Financial Officer of Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. from 2005 to 2009. Decher also serves as a director on the boards of Integra Gold Corp. and Red Pine Exploration Inc.

"We are pleased to add Petra to the executive management team where her finance leadership and experience will help advance our Valleyfield and Blawn projects," stated Guy Bentinck, Chief Executive Officer of Potash Ridge. "Petra's financial acumen will support the management team as we negotiate Valleyfield's financing package."

Decher replaces Ross Phillips, Chief Operating Officer of Potash Ridge who served as Chief Financial Officer since 2015. The Board has thanked Phillips for his service as Chief Financial Officer and looks forward to his ongoing contributions as Chief Operating Officer.
