Organic Potash Corp. announces CAN$100 000 private placement financing

Organic Potash Corp. has announced that it will undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to CAN$100 000 at a CAN$0.01 per share to a total of 10 million common shares.

The corporation claims that it is expecting the offering to close on or before 30 May 2018.

All proceeds from the offering will reportedly be used to maintain Organic Potash Corp.’s administrative annual expenses and other ongoing corporate matters.
