The qualification process, conducted in compliance with statutory requirements, was prompted by the expiration of the current three-year term for the Management Board Members at the end of December 2024.

“The Supervisory Board fully supports the corrective measures undertaken by the current Management Board, including their efforts to transform the business model comprehensively. In these challenging times, the Board has performed effectively and has our full confidence as they continue to implement and plan critical initiatives,” said Artur Kucharski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.

The following individuals have been appointed to the Management Board for the new three-year term, commencing January 1, 2025:

  • Adam Leszkiewicz – President of the Management Board.
  • Andrzej Skolmowski – Vice President of the Management Board.
  • Andrzej Dawidowski – Vice President of the Management Board.
  • Pawel Bielski – Vice President of the Management Board.
  • Hubert Kamola – Vice President of the Management Board.
  • Krzysztof Kolodziejczyk – Vice President of the Management Board.

These appointments took effect immediately upon the adoption of the resolutions by the Supervisory Board.

Additionally, during the same session, the Supervisory Board resolved to terminate the terms of the current Management Board Members, effective at the close of December 31, 2024. This includes the term of Zbigniew Paprocki, the current Employee-Elected Board Member, which will also end with the conclusion of the year.

The new Employee-Elected Board Member will be chosen following the election process outlined in the Regulations for the Election and Removal of the Employee-Elected Management Board Member of Grupa Azoty S.A.
