OPC amends private placement financing

Organic Potash Corp. has announced that the non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $100 000 at a price of $0.01 per share to a total of 10 000 000 common shares has been amended to raise gross proceeds of up to $110 000 at $0.02 per share to a total of 5 500 000 common shares.

The offering in its amended form is closed.

OPC claims that all proceeds from the offering will be used to maintain its administrative annual expenses, as well as other ongoing corporate matters.

Argus Media has reported that the EU has agreed to suspend standard import tariffs on ammonia and urea to offset CBAM costs.
