Kelvion, a globally active manufacturer of industrial heat exchangers, has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of all shares in Rocore Holding GmbH and its direct and indirect subsidiaries.
Rocore is a US leading producer and supplier of heat transfer products. Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, USA, Rocore focuses on heavy duty industrial end markets including Power Generation, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Rail, On-Highway and Off-Highway and supplies a wide variety of heat exchange solutions, products and services into its identified end market segments.
