Acron and REP Holding have signed a strategic partnership agreement at the Golden Autumn Russian agro-industry trade show. The agreement was signed by Acron’s President Vladimir Kunitsky and REP Holding’s President Tagir Nigmatulin.

The agreement will serve to develop strategic cooperation between the companies in several areas, including the assessment of feasibility of using import-substituting technologies developed by REP Holding at Acron’s production facilities. The companies have also agreed to develop priority innovation projects and lay the groundwork for introduction of new products.

“The Strategic Partnership Agreement signed by our companies creates a platform for mutually rewarding cooperation between Acron and REP Holding," said Acron’s President Vladimir Kunitsy. "In particular, over the next three years, we will focus our joint efforts on designing, manufacturing, assembling, and commissioning turbine power plants for nitric acid operations at our Veliky Novgorod-based facility. This synergy will help increase output and improve product quality”.

REP Holding’s President Tagir Nigmatulin added: “Acron is an innovation-oriented company proactively extending and upgrading its existing capacity. We are confident that this agreement will provide a strong foundation for our joint projects and deals. Our company plans to manufacture and supply to Acron a total of eight turbines over the next ten years”.
