The Mosaic Company and The Mosaic Company Foundation for Sustainable Food Systems have been named the joint recipients of the 2026 Ducks Unlimited Corporate Conservation Achievement Award, in recognition of a longstanding commitment to conservation, sustainability, and responsible corporate partnership across North America.

Presented by Ducks Unlimited, the award is intended to honour corporate partners that demonstrate leadership in protecting and enhancing wildlife habitat while supporting working landscapes.

The Mosaic Company and The Mosaic Company Foundation have maintained a long-standing partnership with Ducks Unlimited, working collaboratively on sustainability and environmental conservation initiatives that promote agricultural productivity, enhance and restore wildlife habitats, and strengthen the health and connectivity of ecosystems and working lands.

Mosaic’s Efforts

The Mosaic Company produces high-quality phosphate and potash fertilizer products in North and South America that help farmers in 40 countries maximise yields on every acre of farmland. Stewardship of the environment, and those who rely on it, is essential to the sustainability of the fertilizer business – and Mosaic has committed its resources to reducing the company’s impacts and improving its use of shared resources.

This commitment is reflected in Mosaic’s principles of being responsible, reliable, and future-focused, and aligns with the company’s newly released 2030 Sustainability Targets.

These targets are driving Mosaic forward by sharpening focus, reducing risk, improving efficiency, and supporting innovation while concentrating on the areas that matter most to the company’s people, operations, and customers. Connected to its principles, the company’s targets are centred on three pillars: People, Earth and Innovation.

Partnerships play a critical role in advancing this work. Through collaboration with conservation and wildlife-focused organisations such as Ducks Unlimited, Mosaic supports initiatives that strengthen both agricultural productivity and natural ecosystems.

“Thank you for this award, for your partnership, and for the work you do every day to protect and restore the wetlands and wildlife habitats that are vital to our environment and our future,” said Bruce Bodine, President and CEO of The Mosaic Company. “We’re proud to partner with Ducks Unlimited, and we look forward to many more years of progress together.”
