CF is headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois, US, and is a global player in the manufacturing and distribution of nitrogen products, serving both agricultural and industrial customers. The company operates nitrogen manufacturing complexes in Canada, the UK and the US, and distributes plant nutrients through a series of terminals, warehouses and associated transportation equipment located largely in the Midwestern US. The company also owns a 50% interest in an ammonia facility in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
In her new role, Menzel will be responsible for human resources strategy and management, and will serve as a member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the President and CEO of the company, Tony Will.

Menzel has 30 years of experience and leadership in all aspects of human resources management. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President, human resources, for CNO Financial Group. In this role, she was responsible for human resources across all of CNO’s businesses, including Bankers Life, Colonial Penn and Washington National. Before joining CNO, Menzel served as Senior Vice President, human resources, at APAC Customer Services Inc. and in roles of increasing responsibility for Sears, Roebuck & Co. and Montgomery Ward, Inc.
