The goal of the 36-month project is to identify existing barriers that companies face regarding gender equality, and to refine strategies to overcome them. Nutrien claims that the expected outcome is a Gender Equality Blueprint. This is a common framework that will lead Canadian business on the path to gender equality in the workplace and beyond.
